摘要
通过分析汽车前组合灯的结雾机理和雾气形成要素,对比各种防雾措施的特点和优劣性,确定一种经济可靠的防雾设计方法。对车灯进行热分析,根据气流分布情况,优化设计车灯关键零部件的结构,在装饰板上进行"开槽孔"的创新设计来打通气流通道,改善车灯内部流场和温度场分布,加强热流交换,实现雾气消散,以较低成本从根源上解决车灯雾气问题,对车灯的防雾设计具有重要的指导意义。
By analyzing the fogging mechanism and fog formation factors of automobile front combination lights,the characteristics and advantages of various anti-fog measures are compared to determine an economical and reliable anti-fog design method.Thermal analysis of the headlights is performed.According to the distribution of air flow,the structure of key components of the lamp is optimized.The innovative design of slotted holes in the decorative board is used to open the air flow channel,improve the distribution of the flow field and temperature field inside the lamp,strengthen the heat flow exchange,and realize the dissipation of mist.At a lower cost,the fog problem of car lights is solved,which has important guiding significance for the anti-fog design of car lights.
