摘要
为了让操作者对机械加工及车工工艺有一个全面的掌握和提高,文中阐述两拐曲轴的加工工艺、加工曲颈时的断续切削、刀具选用及刃磨等的相关知识点。
In order to make operator have a comprehensive grasp and improvement in the machining and machining process,this paper expoundsthe knowledge points of the machining process of two crankshaft,intermittent cutting when machining the neck,the service life of the cutting tool selection,the cutting tools grinding and the processing technology.
