摘要
通过对数控车削系统进行分析,研究了影响大螺距多头梯形螺纹数控车削的主要因素,采用单因素试验,分析研究切削速度(主轴转速)、分层切削深度、进给速度(螺纹头数)对切削力与振动的影响规律和特点,以及研究精修量对切削力与表面质量的影响规律和特点。
This paper analyzes the NC turning system to study the main factors that affect the NC turning of large-pitch multi-head trapezoidal threads.The single-factor test is used to analyze and study the rules and characteristics of the cutting force(vibration speed),layered cutting depth,and feed speed(thread head)on cutting force and vibration.The rules and characteristics of the influence of the finishing amount on cutting force and surface quality are analyzed.
