摘要
为了实现页岩气节能减排开发,提出一种低压交流大功率电驱动压裂车,从技术参数、整车结构、关键技术及试验情况等方面介绍了国内研制的2500型电驱动压裂车。分析表明,与传统柴油驱动压裂车相比,电驱动压裂车在节能减排和经济指标具有更大的优势,同时兼顾车载结构的良好道路移运性能,适合于目前页岩气低成本大规模开发。
In order to realize the energy-saving and emission reduction development of shale gas,this paper proposes a low-voltage AC high-power electric fracturing truck,and introduces the first 2500-type electric fracturing truck developed from the aspects of technical parameters,vehicle structure,key technology and test conditions.The analysis shows that the electric fracturing truck has more advantages than the traditional diesel-driven fracturing trucks in energy saving,emission reduction and economic indicators,and has good road migration performance of the vehicle structure,which is suitable for the current low cost and large-scale development of shale gas.
