Research on Site Assembly Method of Kenya 160t Railway Rescue Crane

以肯尼亚160 t铁路起重机为研究对象,针对起重机的发运和现场组装问题,在缺少大型吊装设备的条件,结合起重机自身结构特点,提出先拆解发运,再利用起重机自身完成现场组装的方法。通过肯尼亚160 t发运和现场组装情况,证明该工法切实可行。

Taking Kenya’s 160 t railway crane as the research object,the problems of crane transportation and field assembly is solved.In the absence of large lifting equipment,this paper proposes a method of disassembling and shipping and using the crane itself to complete the field assembly according to the crane’s own structural characteristics.Practice proves that the method is feasible.
