强化路试分析法在某车型异响检验中的应用

Application of Strengthening Road Test Analysis Method in Abnormal Sound Test of a Certain-type Vehicle

为了提升客户满意度,对标其他品牌同级别车型分析某车型的问题类型及产生原因,给出强化路试重点路段和强化路试技术要求,针对某汽车车型采用强化路试分析法得出路试检验实验数据。结果表明:导致整车异响的因素众多且部分异响问题潜伏期长,在建设标准路谱、制定严格技术操作规程的条件下,利用强化路试分析法的情况下能够有效发现在各个阶段潜伏的异响问题,为客户带来更好的驾驶体验。

In order to improve customer satisfaction,the intensive road test analysis method is adopted for a certain model,and the other types of vehicles of the same brand are analyzed and the types of problems are analyzed.The reasons are given,the road test spectrum is strengthened,and the road test technical requirements are strengthened.The results show that there are many factors causing abnormal noise of the whole vehicle and some of the abnormal noise problems have a long incubation period.In the construction of standard road spectrum,strict technical operation rules are formulated,and the intensive road test analysis method can effectively find the latent problem of abnormal noise at each stage.
