摘要
针对液冷板在进行真空钎焊工艺后机加工变形量难控制的问题,从液冷板的结构设计、有限元仿真、铝材质的焊接工艺方法、热处理工艺、加工工艺方面进行分析,并提出具体解决方案,控制好每一道工序的变形量,最终验证方案的可行性。
In order to solve the problem of controlling the deformation of the liquid-cooled plate after the vacuum brazing process,the structural analysis of the liquid-cooled plate,finite element simulation,welding method of aluminum material,heat treatment process,and processing technology qre analyzed.Specific solutions qre proposed,and the amount of deformation in each process is controlled to verify the feasibility of the solution.
