NLRP3在血栓栓塞性疾病中的研究进展

Research progress of NLRP3 in thromboembolic disease

NLRP3炎症小体是模式识别受体中的核苷酸结合寡聚化结构域(nucleotide binding oligomerization domain,NOD)样受体(NOD like receptors,NLRs)家族的成员之一,近年来成为研究的热点。血栓栓塞性疾病包括动脉血栓栓塞及静脉血栓栓塞,现两者栓塞机制均较明确,但炎症小体在两种栓塞中发挥的作用目前尚不明确。现就NLRP3炎症小体在血栓栓塞性疾病发病过程中的作用展开综述。

NLRP3 inflammasome complex is one of the family members of nucleotidebinding oligomerization domain(NOD)like receptors in pattern recognition receptors,which is becoming a hot spot of the recent research.Thromboembolic disease contain arterial thromboembolism and venous thromboembolism.The embolization mechanism of them are clear.However the function of inflammasome complex in these two embolization mechanisms is still not clear.Now this review will be around the funtion of NLRP3 inflammasome complex in the progress of thromboembolic disease.
