阐述了黄河口大米的地理标志特征,包括特定的生产地域、独特的产地环境和人文历史及特有的产品品质,并从产地选择、品种选择、生产管理过程、收获与加工等方面总结出黄河口大米独特的生产方式,旨在最大程度地维护黄河口大米的品牌质量,进一步提高黄河口大米在全国乃至国际市场上的品牌知名度和市场竞争力。
It was recognized as a national agricultural product geographical indication product in 2011.The geographical indication characteristics of rice in Huanghekou were expounded,including specific production area,unique production environment,human history and unique product quality,the unique production mode of rice in Huanghekou was summarized from the aspects of production area selection,variety selection,production management process,harvest and processing,aiming to maintain the brand quality of rice in Huanghekou to the greatest extent and further improve the quality of rice in Huanghekou brand awareness and market competitiveness of Huanghekou rice in the national and even international market.
