穿根藤抗炎成分车叶草苷的提取工艺研究

Extraction technology of anti-inflammatory constituent asperuloside from Psychotria serpens L.

采用高效液相色谱法建立穿根藤(Psychotria serpens L.)车叶草苷含量测定的方法,以车叶草苷含量为指标,在甲醇溶液质量分数、料液比、提取时间单因素试验的基础上,结合正交试验优化提取工艺。结果表明,车叶草苷的最佳提取工艺为70%甲醇溶液、料液比1∶60,提取时间30 min。

HPLC was used to establish methods of content determi-nation of asperuloside in Psychotria serpens L..Asperuloside as index components,on the basis of methanol concentration,liquid ratio and extraction time,we carried out experiments of single factor and orthogonal design to further optimize the extraction process.Optimum extraction of Glycyrrhizic flavonoids:70%methanol,solid-liquid ratio 1∶60,extraction time 30 min.
