摘要
高速冲孔单元是LTCC生瓷带打孔机的核心部件,其冲孔稳定性是实现生瓷带打孔机正常工作的关键。为提高冲孔单元的冲孔稳定性,以中国电子科技集团公司第二研究所微组装中心智能生产线打孔机搭载的高速冲孔单元为研究对象,通过故障分析,从加工、装配及使用环节查找原因,进而优化了结构设计。经实验验证,提高了冲孔单元在使用过程中的稳定性。
The high speed punching unit is the key assembly of LTCC punching system,the punching stability is the key element to achieve the normal operation of LTCC punching system.To improve the punching stability of punching unit,in this paper,the high speed punching unit mounted on the intelligent production line of CETC2 micro assembly centers is taken as the research object,through long-term follow-up of its usage,and to find the reason from processing、assembly and use links,then optimized the structure design.By experimental verification,the stability in use of punching unit is improved.
