摘要
采用碳纤维作为正极添加剂,代替石墨和短纤维。容检前的极板外观表明,添加碳纤维更有利于正极板化成。化成后碳纤维和石墨表面均被PbO2颗粒覆盖,而短纤维表面光洁。碳纤维代替短纤维和石墨的电池的2小时率放电、-18℃低温放电、大电流放电性能均有少许降低。循环180次后,碳纤维和石墨从正极板中消失,而短纤维仍存在于正极板中。碳纤维代替短纤维和石墨对电池循环寿命的影响不大。
Carbon fibers instead of polypropylene fibers and graphite as positive additive are added to lead-acid battery past.The appearance of plates before checking capacity show that,adding carbon fibers to paste is be beneficial to the formation of positive plates.Carbon fibers and graphite are covered by PbO2 particles,but the surface of polypropylene fiber is clean.2hr capacity,capacity at-18℃and high rate discharge capacity of adding carbon fibers battery are few minutes less than that adding polypropylene fibers and graphite.After 180 cycles,carbon fibers and graphite are oxidized and disappeared,however,polypropylene fibers are still in PAM.Carbon fibers instead of polypropylene fibers and graphite have no obvious effect on battery life.
