蓄电池内化成免抽酸工艺的应用

摘要 通过借鉴国内外的化成工艺技术,结合国内的实际情况,设计出一种新型免抽酸化成工艺。在电池加酸之后,直接盖上安全阀与周转盖片,套上橡皮条,然后放入水浴槽或经风冷进行化成,再完成下架、静置及后续的生产操作。整个过程中酸液和酸雾对环境造成的污染和危害程度达到最小。该工艺实现了内化成充电免抽酸,在确保电池各单格内的酸量均匀化的同时优化了电池生产操作工序。 By referring to the formation technology of other famous battery enterprises and combining with the actual situation in China,designed a new type of charging technology without acid extraction.Directly cover the safety valve and turnover cover sheet after adding acid to the battery,put the rubber strip on it and put the battery into the water bath or in the air cooling while charging for inner formation,then remove the battery from the shelf,standing for hours and continue with the subsequent production operations.Through the application of the newly designed turnover cover,realized the battery inner formation without acid extraction,simplified the production process while ensuring the constant and uniform acid content in each cell of the battery.In the whole process,the degree of pollution caused by acid and acid fume to the environment is minimized.
