京津冀城际铁路建设工程监理信息化考核

Informatization Assessment of Construction Supervision of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Intercity Railway

针对铁路监理工作中存在的人员无序流动、不按规定进行质量验收、不按规定旁站和巡视、发现问题隐瞒不报等问题,研发了一种基于信息化手段的监理质量安全管理系统,通过设置对应的功能模块,将传统的线下纸质记录转变为线上电子记录,实现了监理质量安全履职全过程留痕,构建了监理管理的新模式,并通过在京津冀城际铁路建设项目上的应用实践来验证其效果。

In view of the problems in railway supervision work,such as disordered flow of personnels,failure to carry out quality acceptance according to regulations,failure to stand by and patrol according to regulations,concealing problems found and failure to report,a supervision quality and safety management system based on information means is developed.By setting up corresponding functional modules,the traditional offline paper records are transformed into online electronic records,which can leave traces in the whole supervision process of quality and safety performance,and construct a new mode of supervision management.The effect of this system is verified through the application practice in the construction project of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei intercity railway.
