推进国家治理现代化,必须提高中国共产党的治理能力。要通过全面推进国家制度创新和全面深化改革,提高党推进国家治理体系创新的能力。要通过增强全党全社会对国家治理体系的认同、发挥党执行制度的带头作用和健全制度执行机制,提高党推进国家制度执行的能力。要通过注重党员干部治理能力的全面培养、加强学习和实践、强化考核,提高党员干部的国家治理能力。要通过发挥各级党组织在国家治理中的应有作用,提高其推进国家治理现代化的能力。要通过完善党的领导制度体系、深化党的建设制度改革和依规治党,提高党内治理能力。

To promote the modernization of national governance,we must improve the governance ability of the Communist Party of China.We should improve the Party’s ability to promote innovation in the national governance system by comprehensively promoting innovation in the national system and comprehensively deepening reform.We should improve the Party’s ability to promote the implementation of the national system by strengthening the Party and society’s recognition of the national governance system,giving full play to the leading role of the Party’s implementation system and improving the system implementation mechanism.We should pay attention to the overall cultivation of the Party members and cadres’governance ability,strengthen learning and practice,and strengthen assessment,so as to improve the national governance ability of the Party members and cadres.We should improve the ability of Party organizations at all levels to promote the modernization of national governance by giving full play to their due role in national governance.We should improve the Party’s ability of governance by improving the Party’s leadership system,deepening the reform of the Party’s construction system and governing the Party in accordance with regulations.
