摘要
高校教师的成长和职业发展即自我超越受到诸多因素的影响和制约:既有客观原因,也有主观原因;既有体制机制、社会和传统文化的原因,也有教师自身的原因,其中高校教师自身原因主要有:哲学兴趣贫弱、自由精神缺失、批判精神式微、人文知识匮缺。针对这些原因,高校教师自我超越的实现路径有:培养哲学特别是教育哲学兴趣,珍视自身和他人的自由权利,保持独立人格和批判精神,习得人文知识,彰扬人文关怀。
There were many factors influencing and restricting the growth and career development of the teachers in colleges and universities,among which exited both objective and subjective reasons,also institutional mechanism,society and traditional culture reasons and teachers’reasons as well.Here analyzed only from teachers'reasons such as their lack of philosophical interest,liberal spirit,critical spirit,and humanities knowledge.It also analyzed the results caused by the above reasons,and then put forward the path to realize the teachers'self-transcendence as follows:training interest in philosophy especially education philosophy;cherishing oneself and others’rights of freedom;maintaining independent personality and critical spirit;acquiring human knowledge and highlighting human care.
