学术平台网络首发的效用分析与发展策略——以CNKI“新型冠状病毒”专题为例

The Utility Analysis and Development Strategy of Academic Platform Network First Publishing——A case study of articles on"novel coronavirus"in CNKI

中国学术期刊网络优先出版已上线近10年,之后又引入了平台网络首发,目的在于缩短论文出版时滞、加快传播速度、赢得科技首发权等,但是发展至今,平台网络首发推广并不尽如人意。通过分析中国知网(CNKI)"新型冠状病毒"专题一定时段内平台网络首发数据,可以看到发现平台网络首发确实对于学术成果确实具有较好的传播作用,但是存在对于期刊编辑部吸引力不足、功能优势显性较弱、学术不端检测系统入库不及时、中英文同步发表缺乏的问题,因此还需要网络平台与期刊编辑部相互协调利益需求、显现平台网络首发与优先出版的功能差异、即时共享首发平台资源、增加中英文同步出版,以推动学术论文数字出版进一步向前发展。

China's academic journals have been published online for nearly 10 years,and then introduced the platform network first publishing.Its purpose is to shorten the time lag of paper publishing,accelerate the speed of communication,and win the first right of science and technology.However,until now,the platform network first publishing promotion is not satisfactory.Based on the first published data of platform network on novel coronavirus in a certain period of time of CNKI,it is found that the first publishing of the platform network really has a good communication effect on academic achievements However,there are some problems,such as the lack of attraction to the editorial department,the weak dominance of the function,and the lack of simultaneous publication of Chinese and English versions.Therefore,it is necessary for the network platform and the journal editorial department to coordinate the interests and needs of each other,present the functional differences between the platform's network publishing and priority publication,share the resources of the publishing platform in real time,and increase the simultaneous publication of Chinese and English versions,so as to promote the further development of digital publishing of academic papers.
