职业教育改革背景下高职院校科研创新能力提升的思考

On the Improvement of Scientific Research and Innovation Ability in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of Vocational Education Reform

高职院校科研创新是响应国家教育改革和创新发展政策,落实高职院校五项基本职能的重要举措,通过分析制约高职院校科研创新能力提升的因素,提出明确产教融合、校企合作背景下高等职业院校科研定位;制度创新,完善科研考核评价机制;骨干引领,加强高职院校科研创新团队建设;深度融合,提升社会服务水平和成果转化率;资源共享,积极建设科研管理网络平台等五点措施。

Scientific research innovation of higher vocational colleges is an important measure to respond to the national educational reform and innovation development policy,and to implement the five basic functions of higher vocational colleges.By analyzing the factors that restrict the improvement of scientific research innovation ability of higher vocational colleges,this paper presents five suggestions including clarifying the role of Higher Vocational Colleges under the background of industry education integration and school enterprise cooperation;innovating systen,improving scientific research assessment and evaluation mechanism;backbone guidance,strengthening the scientific research innovation team building in higher vocational colleges;deepening the integration,improving the level of social service and the conversion rate of achievements;sharing resources,and actively building a network platform for scientific research management.
