摘要
本文提出构建一种用于电气设备气体检漏的故障模拟装置,可有效模拟瓷套管法兰处、瓷套管裂纹、金属罐体焊缝、螺纹连接等多处漏气部位。设计的电气控制系统可控制漏气部位、调节漏气速率,采用彩色触摸屏人机交互界面,直观且便利。可使用SF6/N2的混合气体代替纯SF6气体,减少SF6气体对人体造成的损伤。该装置可用于教学培训、仪器考核及实验研究,具有较好的实用性与经济性。
This paper proposes to construct a fault simulation device for gas leak detection of electrical equipment,which can effectively simulate multiple leak locations such as flanges of porcelain bushings,cracks in porcelain bushings,welds on metal tanks,and screw connections.The designed electrical control system can control the leaking position and adjust the leaking rate.The color touch screen human-machine interactive interface is intuitive and convenient.The use of SF5/N2 mixed gas instead of pure SF6 gas reduces the injury to personnel caused by SF6 gas.The device can be used for teaching training,instrument assessment and experimental research,and has good practicability and economy.
