摘要
目的:分析蒙古族白酒传统炮制法对蒙药塔日奴重金属及微量元素含量的影响.方法:分别应用原子荧光法和原子吸收分光光度法测定白酒炮制品的重金属元素和微量元素的含量.结果:白酒炮制品中钠、钾、铜元素的含量高于炮制前,炮制品中铁、钙、锰元素含量比炮制前降低.重金属含量测定结果显示,白酒炮制品的镉、铅元素含量均降低.结论:实验证明塔日奴白酒炮制方法对其重金属及微量元素含量有影响.
This thesis takes the Mongolian medicine Tarinu white wine artillery products as the research object,and applies modem analytical techniques to study and discuss the effects of white wine processing methods on the heavy metals and trace elements used by Mongolian medicine Tarinu.The contents of heavy metal elements and trace elements in white wine artillery products were determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry and atomic absorption spectrophotometry.The results showed that the content of Na,K and Cu in the processed products was higher than that before processing,and the content of Fe,Ca and Mn in the processed products was lower than that before processing.The results of heavy metal content determination showed that the content of Cd and Pb in white wine products decreased.This study provides an experimental basis for the analysis of the scientific principles of the processing of the Mongolian medicine Tarinu and the further standardization of the Tarinu processing method.
