“互联网+”医疗服务背景下医学院校大学生疾病管理模式研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探索“互联网+”医疗服务背景下医学院校大学生疾病管理的新模式,为医学院校构建和完善全覆盖医疗保障服务体系提供理论与实践支持。方法通过深入分析当前医学院校大学生疾病管理的现状,以某医学院校三个年级400名学生为观察对象,随机分为观察组和对照组两组,每组各200名,观察时间2018年3月-2019年3月。干预组借助手机网络健康管理平台实施全程监控(Omnidistance)、共同管理(Condominium)、即时干预(Immediately)、精准实施(Precise)的“OCIP”疾病管理模式,对照组采取辅助互联网资源的传统疾病管理模式,比较两组简明生活质量量表(SF-36)得分。结果实施“OCIP”疾病管理模式后大学生在生理功能(PF)、生理职能(RP)、躯体疼痛(BP)、总体健康(GH)、活力(VT)、社会功能(SF)、情感职能(RE)、精神健康(MH)及健康变化指标(HT)8个方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论借助“互联网+”医疗服务,实施“OCIP”疾病管理模式能有效促进当前高校疾病管理效能,提升大学生健康素养。 Objective To explore the new mode of disease management in medical colleges and universities under the background of"Internet+"medical service,and to provide theoretical and practical support for medical colleges to construct and improve the full coverage medical security service system.Methods A depth analysis was carried on the current situation of disease management among medical college students,400 students of grade three in a medical college were observed.They were randomly divided into two groups,200 in each group,observation period was from March 2018 to March 2019.The intervention group implemented the OCIP disease management mode consist of whole process monitoring(omnidistance),joint management(condominium),immediate intervention(immediately)and precision implementation(precise)with the help of mobile network health management platform.The control group adopted the traditional disease management mode of assistant Internet resources.The SF-36 scores of the two groups were compared.Results There were significant differences in physical function(PF),role-physical(RP),bodily pain(BP),general health(GH),vitality(VT),social function(SF),role-emotional(RE),mental health(MH)and health change indicators(HT)among college students after the implementation of"OCIP"disease management model(P<0.05).Conclusions With the help of"Internet+"medical service,the implementation of the"OCIP"disease management mode could effectively promote the effectiveness of disease management in universities and enhance the health literacy of university students.
