三维虚拟仿真软件用于妇产科护理学实验教学的效果分析 被引量:13

摘要 目的探讨三维虚拟仿真软件在妇产科护理学实验教学中的应用效果。方法将本校2016级中职招考的A班和B班两个班作为研究对象,两个班用相同的教学法教学一个实验操作项目后进行技能测试,A班成绩明显好于B班,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),于是A班作为对照组,B班作为实验组。选择另一个与第一个实验操作项目难易程度相当的实验操作项目进行教学时,A班用原来的教学方法继续,B班在原有的基础上增加三维虚拟仿真示教。课程结束后进行操作技能测试,并对实验组进行了问卷调查。结果B班第二个实验项目的测试成绩明显高于第一个实验项目测试成绩,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A班第二个实验项目成绩与第一个实验项目成绩没有差异,实验组对新的教学法很感兴趣并建议进行推广。结论三维虚拟仿真示教结合传统示教的教学法能够有效提高学生学习效果,激发学生学习兴趣。 Objective To explore the application effect of three-dimensional virtual simulation software in the experimental teaching of obstetrics and gynaecology nursing.Methods Class A and class B of Grade 2016 of secondary vocational education in our college were taught with the same teaching method.The results of class A were significantly better than those of class B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Therefore,class A was selected as the control group and class B as the experimental group.Another experimental operation item with the same degree of difficulty as the first experimental operation item was applied,students in class A continued to adopt the original teaching method,while the students in class B adds 3 D virtual simulation teaching on the basis of class A.At the end of the course,the operational skills of the two groups were tested,and the experimental group was investigated by questionnaire.Results The test results of the second experimental item in class B were significantly higher than those in the first experimental item,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no difference between the second experimental item and the first experimental item in class A.The experimental group is very interested in the new teaching method and suggested to popularize it.Conclusions The teaching method of 3 D virtual simulation teaching combined with traditional teaching method could effectively improve learning effect of students and stimulate their interest in learning.
