基于问题导向的临床医学专业《麻醉学》单独开课的思考

Thoughts on the separate course of Anesthesiology in clinical medicine based on problem orientation

临床医学专业《麻醉学》单独开课是现阶段麻醉学专业人才培养的重要途径之一,可吸引临床专业学生投入麻醉专业队伍,缓解麻醉专业人员严重短缺状况,具有深远的意义。但单独开课后的效果及存在的问题尚未见报道。本研究通过调查问卷了解临床医学专业学生《麻醉学》学习前后对麻醉学专业认知情况的变化和《麻醉学》教学质量情况,作为临床专业学生进一步了解麻醉学专业,改进独立开课教学质量的重要依据。结果显示学生对麻醉学专业发展前景和就业前景均乐观,通过《麻醉学》学习,学生对麻醉学兴趣及其在临床中作用的认识明显提升,学习效果好。针对调查结果提出解决方案:明确单独开课的必要性,通过增加学时,加强实践教学,提高教师授课水平,实行教学模式改革,将《麻醉学》列为必修课等措施,达到扩大麻醉学专业人才培养途径,缓解麻醉专业人才严重短缺困境的目的。

The separate course of Anesthesiology for clinical medicine is one of the important ways to educate anesthesiology students at present.It can attract clinical students to choose anesthesiology major and alleviate the severe shortage of anesthesia professionals,it has far-reaching significance.However,the effects and problems of this course have not yet been reported.In this study,we investigated the cognitive changes of clinical medical students before and after learning Anesthesiology and the teaching quality of Anesthesiology through questionnaires.The results showed that the students were optimistic about the prospects of Anesthesiology and employment.After learning the Anesthesiology course,the interest of students to understanding the Anesthesiology and its role in clinical practice was significantly improved.The most of students thought the teaching effect was good.In view of the investigation results,the solutions are put forward.The necessity of the Anesthesiology course was clarified.Through increasing the teaching hours,strengthening the practical teaching,to improving the teaching level of teachers,implementing the reform of teaching mode,and listing"Anesthesiology"as a compulsory course,it could expand the ways of training anesthesiology students and alleviate the serious shortage of anesthesia professionals.
