经尿道精囊镜行精囊炎性病变诊治术患者的护理干预措施研究

Study on nursing intervention measures for patients undergoing the diagnosis and treatment of seminal vesicle inflammation by transurethral seminal vesicle mirror

目的探讨经尿道精囊镜行精囊炎性病变诊治术患者的护理干预措施。方法选取2016年2月-2018年10月在本院经尿道精囊镜行精囊炎性病变诊治术的患者67例作为研究对象,随机分为实验组(34例)和对照组(33例)两组。对照组按照生殖泌尿外科微创手术的围手术期常规护理方法进行护理,出院后随访,第1、3、6、12个月均上门随访一次。实验组在围手术期常规护理的基础上,采取以下护理干预措施:术前人性化保密性心理护理,术中舒适护理,术后心身护理,康复期健康教育,出院后基于微信的延续护理。比较两组患者的手术效果、出院后第6个月及第12个月的性生活质量、出院时及出院后第12个月对护理工作的满意度。结果两组手术效果比较,实验组好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组出院后6个月及第12个月的性生活质量比较,实验组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组出院时及出院后第12个月对护理工作满意度的比较,实验组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对经尿道精囊镜行精囊炎性病变诊治术患者所采取的护理干预措施,能保障手术治疗效果,促进患者康复及预防疾病复发,提高患者性生活质量,提升患者对护理工作的满意度。

Objective To explore the nursing intervention measures for patients with seminal vesicle inflammatory diseases treated by transurethral seminal vesicle.Methods A total of 67 cases of patients who underwent transurethral seminal vesiculoscopy for diagnosis and treatment of seminal vesiculopathy in our hospital from February 2016 to October 2019 were selected,and they were randomly divided into experimental group(n=34)and control group(n=33).The control group received nursing care in accordance with the routine perioperative nursing method of minimally invasive surgery in reproductive and urological surgery,and was followed up after discharge.The first,third,sixth and 12 th months were followed up at home.On the basis of routine perioperative nursing,patients in experimental group received the following nursing interventions additionally:preoperative humanized confidentiality psychological care,intraoperative comfort care,postoperative psychosomatic care,rehabilitation health education,and We Chat based continuous nursing after discharge.The results of surgery,the quality of sexual life at the 6 th and 12 th month after discharge,and the satisfaction on nursing work at discharge and the 12 th month after discharge were compared between the two groups.Results Comparison of operation effect between the two groups showed that the experimental group was better than the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The comparison of sexual life quality between the two groups at 6 months and 12 months after discharge showed that the experimental group performed better in sexual life than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction on nursing job of experimental group was higher than the control group at the time of discharge and the 12 th month after discharge,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Nursing intervention measures adopted by patients undergoing transurethral vesiculoscopy for diagnosis and treatment of seminal vesicle inflammatory lesions could guarantee the therapeutic effect of surgery,promote the recovery of patients and prevent disease from recurrence,improve the quality of sex life of patients,and improve the satisfaction of patients on nursing work.
