快速康复外科理念在脊柱微创手术围手术期护理中的应用效果观察

目的探究快速康复外科理念在脊柱微创手术围手术期护理中的应用效果。方法选择2016年12月-2018年12月本院收治的90例脊柱微创手术患者作为研究对象,随机分成观察组和对照组两组,每组各45例。观察组采用快速康复外科理念护理方式,对照组采用常规护理方式。观察两组患者的并发症、生活质量。结果观察组患者的生活质量评分,社会功能、躯体功能、认知功能、角色功能、情绪功能明显比对照组高(P<0.05);观察组患者的不良反应发生率为4.44%,明显比对照的17.78%低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通快速康复外科理念在脊柱微创手术围手术期护理中能够有效提升患者的生活质量,减少并发症的发生。

Objective To explore the application effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery concept in perioperative nursing for spinal minimally invasive surgery.Methods From December 2016 to December 2018,90 patients ever underwent minimally invasive surgery in our hospital were selected as study subjects.The patients were randomly divided into two groups,45 in each group.The routine nursing method was adopted in the control group,while the rapid rehabilitation surgery concept was applied in the observation group.The quality of life and complications of the two groups were observed.Results The scores of quality of life,social function,body function,cognitive function,role function,and emotional function in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(4.44%vs.17.78%),there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions The quality of life of the patients is effectively improved and the occurrence of complications is significantly reduced due to the application of rapid rehabilitation surgery concept application in the perioperative nursing for minimally invasive surgery.
