The leadership and management skills of a principal,as the core leader of a school,play a vital role for the school.In recent years,the training mode for primary and secondary school principals has been continuously adapted to the development needs of education reform,and management team training is one of them.The training mode of management teams mainly includes the"three-in-one"of ideology,thinking and process,which plays a vital role in promoting the development of schools.This paper mainly explores the training of management teams under the training mode of primary and middle school principals.
