高职院校学生管理向精细化发展的对策

Countermeasures for the Fine Development of Student Management in Higher Vocational Colleges

随着社会的进步,当前高职院校的数量已经占普通高校的一半以上,毕业生数量也在逐年攀升。根据高职学生的特点,高职院校学生管理应向精细化方向发展。本文就高职院校学生管理精细化发展提出对策,以期起到抛砖引玉的作用。

With the progress of the society,the people's pursuit of knowledge,and the expansion of the enrollment of colleges and universities,the number of higher vocational colleges has accounted for more than half of the general colleges and universities,the number of graduates has been increasing year by year,and the management of students in higher vocational colleges has also undergone development.According to the characteristics of higher vocational college students,the management of higher vocational college students should be developed in the direction of refinement.This paper puts forward countermeasures for the refined development of higher vocational college students,in order to play the role of tossing out a brick to get a jade gem.
