摘要
谈心谈话是学生教育管理中思想引领、学业指导、心理疏导的基本载体,是辅导员对大学生开展思政教育的重要工作方式。本文尝试将叙事疗法应用于辅导员谈心谈话工作中,通过故事叙事、问题外化,解构问题、重写对话的谈话模式,让学生看到自我发展的能力。
Talk is the basic carrier of ideological guidance,academic guidance,and psychological counseling in student education and management,and it is an important way for counselors to carry out ideological and political education for college students.This paper attempts to apply the narrative therapy to counselors'heart-to-heart conversation with students.Through story narration,problem externalization,deconstruction of questions,and rewriting of conversations,students can see their ability to develop themselves.
