Irisin是2012年新发现的一种肌肉因子,具有促进白色脂肪棕色化、调节能量代谢、改善胰岛素抵抗等作用,在细胞炎症、氧化应激、凋亡等过程中扮演着十分重要的角色,已逐渐成为代谢性疾病的标志物和药物治疗的新靶点。近年来,关于Irisin在心血管疾病中作用的探讨逐渐深入,有望为心血管疾病的诊断和治疗提供新的方法和策略。

Irisin is a muscular factor found in 2012,which can induce white adipocyte tissue browning,regulate energy metabolism and improve insulin resistance etc.,and it plays an important role in cell inflammation,oxidative stress and apoptosis etc.,and it has gradually become a new marker of metabolic diseases and new target for medication.In recent years,exploration on role of Irisin in CVD gradually deepens,which may provide new method and strategy for diagnosis and treatment of CVD.
