摘要
为保证工程工期要求而盲目采取不合理的施工控制方案,往往容易造成施工过程中投资的浪费,降低了控制效率。为提高控制效率,首先基于系统动力学构建了工程多目标控制仿真模型,并选取仿真模型中三种控制措施的累积量为输入指标,工期和费用为输出指标,建立了施工控制仿真DEA多目标综合评价模型,结合站改实例,对控制方案进行了综合评价与优选。
It is often easy to cause waste of investment in the construction process and reduce control efficiency if unreasonable construction control scheme is adopted blindly in order to ensure the project schedule requirements. In order to improve the control efficiency, a multi-objective control simulation model was firstly constructed based on system dynamics and the cumulative amount of three control measures in the simulation model was selected as the input index and the construction period and cost as the output index to establish the construction control simulation DEA multi-objective comprehensive evaluation model. In addition, combined with the station modification example, the comprehensive evaluation and optimization was carried out for the control scheme.
