摘要
以某城市快速路路面改造工程为研究背景,运用ABAQUS有限元软件建立路面结构三维模型,针对原路面结构和4种路面改造结构进行了力学性能对比分析,并在此基础上对路面结构改造方案进行优选。研究结果表明:①不同沥青路面结构的各项力学指标均随着轴载的移动呈先增大后减小变化,当轴载移动至路面中心时,各项力学指标均达到最大值;②RCC混合式基层结构的力学性能较于沥青稳定碎石组合式基层结构、半刚性基层结构更优,建议沥青路面结构改造方案选用RCC混合式基层结构;③适当增加基层厚度和基层模量能有效提高沥青路面结构的承载能力和使用寿命。
In this paper, a three-dimensional model of pavement structure is established by using ABAQUS finite element software and the mechanical properties of the original pavement structure and four kinds of pavement reconstruction structures are compared and analyzed based on the research of a pavement reconstruction project of a certain urban expressway. On the basis of this, the scheme of pavement structural reconstruction is optimized. The results show that:① the mechanical indexes of different asphalt pavement structures increase first and then decrease with the movement of axle load. When the axle load moves to the center of the pavement, all the mechanical indexes reach the maximum value. ② the mechanical properties of RCC mixed base are better than that of asphalt stabilized macadam composite base and semi-rigid base. So it is suggested that RCC mixed base structure be chosen in the scheme of asphalt pavement structural reconstruction. ③ The bearing capacity and service life of asphalt pavement structure can be effectively improved by increasing the thickness and modulus of base course properly.
