摘要 MT变速箱无载启动力矩测量,选用基于扭矩传感器的仪器测量方法,对基于扭矩传感器的测量驱动组件进行机械结构的设计以及元器件的选型.设计时常会出现失误问题和联轴器的断裂,对其原因、应力分析后,需重新选型.采集最终数据,诊断机构的合理性. For the measurement of the no-load starting torque of the MT gearbox,Select instrument measurement method based on torque sensor,mechanical design and component selection of measurement drive components based on torque sensors.When designing,we often make mistakes,such as the fracture of the coupling.After analyzing the cause and stress,we reselect the model.Then collect the final data to diagnose the rationality of the institution.
