摘要
由于车身结构的限制,在布置汽车排气系统的吊钩悬挂时,其吊钩结构和强度对于整车的NVH有很大影响.因此,使用Hypermesh和Nastran软件对排气系统进行了有限元建模、系统模态分析和吊钩模态的分析,并采用试验验证的方法验证排气系统吊钩的模态.此研究对汽车排气系统的设计提供了有效的理论和试验依据.
Due to the limitation of the body structure,the hook structure and strength have a great influence on the NVH of the whole vehicle when arranging the hook suspension of the exhaust system.In this paper,the finite element modeling,system modal analysis and hook modal analysis of the exhaust system are carried out by using HyperMesh and NASTRAN software.The mode of the hook of the exhaust system is verified by experiment.This research brings effective theoretical and experimental basis for the design of automobile exhaust system.
