摘要 动车组制造是轨道车辆行业数字化制造、智能化制造的先驱,借助于建设智能监造监测检测中心,实现智能化设备实时监测和智能质量研判、监造全过程管控,整体掌控监造概况.统一企业各类智能化设备/系统接口,实现对各类智能化设备的自动采集、规范接入、数据集中与综合应用.因此,以智能监造系统在转向架组装线上的应用为研究对象,通过对转向架组装线数字化设备信息采集、数据接入分析、监造系统应用3方面进行研究总结,以期为动车组监造全过程的信息化、智能化、标准化管理提供参考与支持. EMU manufacturing is the pioneer of digital manufacturing and intelligent manufacturing in the rail vehicle industry.With the help of the construction of intelligent supervision,monitoring and testing center,the real-time monitoring of intelligent equipment,intelligent quality research and control of the whole process of supervision are realized,and the general situation of supervision is controlled as a whole.Unify all kinds of intelligent equipment/system interfaces of the enterprise to realize automatic collection,standardized access,data concentration and comprehensive application of all kinds of intelligent equipment.In this paper,the application of intelligent supervision system in bogie assembly line is taken as the research object.Through the research and summary of digital equipment information collection,data access analysis and supervision system application of bogie assembly line,it provides reference and support for the informatization,intelligence and standardization management of EMU supervision process.
