摘要
针对螺旋锥齿轮热处理后齿面压力角和螺旋角误差导致的磨齿齿面余量不均匀问题,对热处理后齿面变形进行跟踪,并在切齿工序对齿面压力角和螺旋角进行预补偿,分别使用机床比例反调和GLEASON 650GMS测量仪反调单两种方式对齿面螺旋角和压力角进行调整,并跟踪验证两种调整方式的实验结果.
For spiral bevel gear tooth surface after heat treatment of pressure Angle and helix Angle error caused by the uneven tooth surface gear grinding allowance,to track of tooth surface deformation after heat treatment,and the gear cutting process of tooth surface pressure Angle and the spiral Angle precompensation,respectively using machine proportion strong-arm and GLEASON 650 GMS meter strong-arm list two ways of tooth surface helical Angle and pressure Angle adjustment,follow and verify the results of two kinds of control mode.
