摘要
随着电力机车生产小批量、多型号、多批次的发展趋势,专用大型工装已经跟不上发展的需要,对工艺装备的通用化、模块化提出了更高的要求.现有的高处预布线工装为钢材焊接结构,因体积较大,属于大型工装,具有制造周期长、快速切换性差、制造成本高、占地大与存放困难等问题,严重影响着电力机车生产的精益化.根据电力机车预布线工艺技术,设计开发一种模块化、二维可调,能够满足多种车型生产共用的柔性化预布线工装,从而降低工装制造成本、缩短制造工艺准备周期、减少生产及工装存放用地并提高生产效率.
With the development trend of small batch,multi-model and multi-batch production of electric locomotives,special large tooling has been unable to keep up with the needs of development,therefore,higher requirements have been put forward for the generalization and modularization of process equipment.The existing high-altitude prewiring fixture is steel welded structure,which is a large fixture due to its large volume,and has such problems as long manufacturing cost,large footprint,and difficult storage,etc.,which seriously affect the learn locomotive,a flexible prewiring fixture with modularization and two-dimensional tunability that can satisfy the common production of various manufacturing cost,shortening the manufacturing process preparation period,reducing the production and tooling storage land,and improving the production efficiency.
