摘要
轨道电客车常用的牵引中心组件结构主要有单牵引拉杆装置、橡胶堆牵引装置和双牵引拉杆装置3种.列举3种轨道电客车转向架常用的牵引中心组件,并分析了各种装置的结构特点、优势及不足.3种牵引装置各有优势,也各有不足,选用时应充分考虑电客车运行的环境条件以及电客车运行速度、安全、稳定、舒适要求,结合各牵引装置自身特点,选用最合适的牵引中心组件.
There are three main types of traction center components commonly used in rail cars:single traction rod device,rubber stack traction device and double traction rod device.This paper lists three kinds of common traction center components of the bogie in rail cars,analyses the structural characteristics,advantages and disadvantages of various devices.Each one has their own advantages and disadvantages.We should fully consider the environmental conditions of rail cars operation and the requirements of operation speed,safety,stability and comfort.Combining with the characteristics of each traction device,then select the most suitable traction center component.
