针对广西某地铁车门在运营和检修过程中出现的平衡轮组件发生干涉以及与车门门板发生撞击变形等不良故障现象,分析其发生的具体原因并采取相应的整改措施,有针对性地对平衡轮导致的典型故障提出有效的改进方案.

In view of the interference of the balance wheel components in the operation and maintenance process of a subway door in Guangxi,as well as the impact and deformation of the door panel and other adverse fault phenomena,this paper analyzes the specific causes of the occurrence and takes corresponding rectification measures,and puts forward effective improvement plans for the typical faults caused by the balance wheel.
