摘要 锅炉作为工业中的特种设备,由不同的部件组成,其安装是相当复杂的工序.由于每个部件都是单独制造出来的,在完成加工之后需要进行现场安装,安装后要按照国家相关规定进行检验检测,对其安装质量以及焊接质量进行评估,以确保锅炉在安装之后能正常使用,不会出现质量或者是技术问题.针对工业锅炉安装检测技术以及相关的检验指标,探究无损检验技术在工业锅炉安装中的应用情况. As a special equipment in industry,the boiler is composed of different parts,and its installation is quite complex.Since each component is manufactured separately,it needs to be installed on site after processing.During installation,inspection and inspection shall be carried out according to relevant national regulations,and the installation quality and welding quality shall be evaluated to ensure that the boiler can be used normally after installation,without quality or technical problems.In this paper,the application of non-destructive testing technology in the installation of industrial boilers is explored.
