摘要
随着各行业的不断进步发展,对煤炭的需求量不断增加.用传统的开采方法建造隧道会出现安全性差、工作中粉尘大、掘进速度慢等问题.相对而言,盾构机掘进不存在这些问题,得到人们的极大重视,并开始迅速发展,但在煤矿行业仍处于试探阶段.因此,重点介绍刀盘在掘进中的有限元分析及在煤矿行业中的应用与发展.
With the continuous development of various industries,China’s demand for coal continues to increase.The construction of tunnels by traditional mining methods will lead to various problems such as poor safety,large dust and slow tunneling speed.There are no such problems in shield tunneling.Therefore,people pay great attention to it and begin to develop rapidly.But in the coal industry,shield tunneling machine is still in the tentative stage.This paper introduces the finite element analysis of cutter head in tunneling and its application and development in coal mine industry.
