CERES 330数控内圆磨床由德国SCHAUDT MIKROSA BWF公司生产,该设备采用SIEMENS 840D数控系统,在设备使用过程中出现了开机后不能正常启动并报警的现象.根据故障现象进行故障原因分析,排查数控系统软件和硬件,在更换MMC103后又出现新的报警,再次排查后发现是由于地址冲突造成MMC103与NCK通信连接不上使设备不能正常工作,最终将故障全面修复.
