摘要
便捷式双层自行车停放装置可解决自行车停放杂乱无章、占地面积大、影响通行等问题,在此提出利用可控气弹簧的支撑作用实现自行车的双层停放,不仅节约了近50%的空间,而且安装便捷,通过利用SolidWorks-Simulation模块对主要受力部件进行静态结构分析,获知最大应力主要集中在上层停车槽与连接支架的铰链处,最大应力小于装配体的屈服力,应变与变形位移也较小,符合设计要求,装置安全可靠.
The convenient type double-deck bicycle parking device can solve the problems of disorderly bicycle parking,large floor area,affecting traffic,etc.In this paper,it is proposed to realize double-deck bicycle parking by using the support function of controllable air spring,which not only saves nearly 50%of the space,but also facilitates the installation.Through the use of SolidWorks-Simulation module,the static structure of the main stressed parts is analyzed.It is known that the maximum stress is mainly concentrated in the hinge between the upper parking slot and the connecting bracket.The maximum stress is less than the yield force of the assembly,and the strain and deformation displacement are also smaller,which meets the design requirements,and the device is safe and reliable.
