伺服阀的非整圆精度孔加工工艺优化

摘要 基于伺服阀本体半成品生产过程中,使用立式加工中心,阐述其中一道工序的高精度非整圆台阶孔的工艺改进.由于前期试制开发过程中,发现有一组孔系的同轴度和圆度非常不稳定,很难达到设计图纸的要求,后对加工工艺进行改进,并经验证证明满足图纸要求和使用要求. In this paper,based on the semi-finished production process of servo valve body,the vertical machining center is used to describe the process improvement of high-precision non-circular stage step hole in one process.In the early stage of trial production and development,it was found that the coaxiality and roundness of a group of hole systems were very unstable,and it was difficult to meet the requirements of the design drawings.After that,the processing technology was improved,and it was verified that the requirements of the drawings and the use requirements were met.
