摘要
针对传统PLC控制系统玻璃磨边机难以实现匀速磨削、表面抛光不均匀、自动化程度低的问题,在华中8型数控系统上进行二次开发,研制出玻璃磨边机数控系统,实现玻璃磨削工艺卡编程、自动磨损补偿以及双通道控制机械手上下料.实践证明,该玻璃磨边机数控系统操作便捷,满足玻璃磨削工艺,实现了加工过程的自动化.
In view of the shortcomings of traditional PLC control system glass edging machine,which is difficult to achieve uniform grinding,uneven surface polishing and low degree of automation,the second development is carried out on HNC8 CNC system,and the glass edging machine CNC system is developed to realize glass grinding process card programming,automatic wear compensation and dual channel control of manipulator loading and unloading.The practice shows that the CNC system of the glass edging machine is easy to operate,meets the glass grinding process and realizes the automation of the processingprocess.
