摘要
在tecnomatix软件技术的基础上,通过数学建模,协助现有设备建立柔性自动化生产线,建立生产线模拟环境,依据模拟环境,对工艺流程模拟仿真,形成创新生产计划.对模拟生产过程中出现的问题进行分析,提出优化方案和改进意见,提高生产流程的可见性和可预测性,从而减轻产品变化的影响,大大减少测试和安装流程,减少根源分析时间,参照标准的数学建模分析生产质量误差,也可为第三方物流企业作出生产决策提供参考.
On the basis of Tecnomatix software technology,through mathematical modeling,assist existing equipment to establish flexible automatic production line,establish production line simulation environment,according to the simulation environment,simulate the process flow,and form innovative production plan.According to the problems in the simulation production process,the optimization scheme and improvement suggestions are put forward to improve the visibility and predictability of the production process,so as to reduce the impact of product changes,greatly reduce the testing and installation process,reduce the root cause analysis time,analyze the production quality error by referring to the standard mathematical modeling,and also get the production decision for the third-party logistics enterprise The goal of providing reference.
