摘要
为评价鸡肠道中微生物种群结构,采用不同培养基对海兰褐鸡肠道菌群进行分离培养和16S rDNA测序,结合分类学和系统发育进化分析对3组不同的海兰褐鸡肠道菌群的多样性进行研究。结果表明,健康海兰褐鸡肠道中优势微生物为乳酸杆菌属、芽孢杆菌属和肠球菌属,分别占25%、19%、19%。非健康海兰褐鸡的肠道中优势微生物为志贺菌属和克雷菌属,分别占20%、20%。饲喂过微生态制剂的海兰褐鸡肠道中优势微生物为肠球菌属和芽孢杆菌属,分别占21%和14%。这些数据将为开发更有针对性的微生态制剂产品提供科学依据。
To evaluate the microbial population structure in chicken intestinal tract, the intestinal microflora of Hailan brown chicken was isolated and cultured in different culture medium and 16 s rDNA sequencing was carried out.The diversity of intestinal flora of three groups of Hailan brown chickens was studied by means of taxonomy and phylogenetic analysis.The results showed that the dominant microorganisms in the intestinal tract of healthy chicken are Lactobacillus, Bacillus and Enterococcus, accounting for 25%,19%, and 19% respectively.The dominant microbes in the intestinal tract of non-healthy chickens were Shigella and Clariella, accounting for 20% and 20%, respectively.The dominant microbes in the intestinal tract of chickens fed with microecological agents were Enterococcus and Bacillus, accounting for 21% and 14% respectively.These data will provide theoretical support for the development of more targeted microecological products.
