天津农业科技创新重点工程探析

Analysis on Agricultural Science and Technology Innovation Key Projects in Tianjin

从农业科技自主创新、农业科技成果、农业科技对外合作、科技创新平台建设、农业科技型企业和农业科技创新人才队伍建设等6个方面梳理了天津农业科技创新基本现状,深入分析天津农业科技创新的成效和不足,在此基础上确定天津农业科技创新的指导思想和思路,进而提出农业科技创新支撑天津现代农业发展的十大重点工程。

This paper summarized the basic status of Tianjin agricultural science and technology innovation from six aspects,including independent innovation of agricultural science and technology, agricultural scientific and technological achievements,foreign cooperation in agricultural science and technology,construction of scientific and technological innovation platforms,and the construction of agricultural science and technology enterprises and agricultural science and technology innovation talent teams.Based on the results and shortcomings of agricultural science and technology innovation,the guiding ideology and ideas of Tianjin agricultural science and technology innovation were determined,and then 10 key projects for agricultural science and technology innovation to support Tianjin′s modern agricultural development were proposed.
