乡村振兴战略下粤西高职体育创新人才培养模式研究

运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法和实地调查等研究方法,对乡村振兴战略下粤西高职体育创新人才培养模式的路径展开研究。主要从:乡村振兴对体育的影响;体育创新人才培养重要性;乡村振兴与体育创新人才的关系;乡村振兴体育的发展的路径等进行了深入探讨。并提出了相应的策略:培育专业体育旅游运营商,培养经营性体育旅游人才;加强校企结合,加强城乡结合,促进乡村体育振兴;培养“应用+技能”型人才;以立德树人理念培养高职院校体育创新人才。

By using the research methods of literature,logical induction and field investigation,this paper studies the path of sports innovation talent training mode under the strategy of rural revitalization in western guangdong province.Mainly from:the impact of rural revitalization on sports;Importance of sports innovation talent training;The relationship between rural revitalization and sports innovation talents;The development path of vitalizing sports in countryside is discussed in depth.And put forward the corresponding strategy:to cultivate professional sports tourism operators,training management sports tourism talent;Strengthening the integration of schools and enterprises,strengthening the integration of urban and rural areas,and promoting the revitalization of rural sports;Training"application+skills"talents;Cultivate sports innovative talents in higher vocational colleges with the idea of cultivating talents through virtue.
