退役运动员的就业与发展问题是体育社会流动研究中的重要内容。退役运动员社会流动问题之所以为众多体育社会学者所关注,是因为体育运动的发展导致运动员阶层扩大、运动员退役流动问题增多,从而引起较大社会反响所致。由于体育运动的迅速发展,运动员群体人数显著增多,在运动员完成职业运动生涯之后,就业和自我发展的需要引发大量流动;另一方面,运动员退役流动过程中产生了一系列问题,如退役运动员无法就业向下流动,影响社会稳定与和谐发展。对新疆退役运动员的就业发展影响因素进行分析,更好地了解新疆退役运动员社会流动的概况,为相关政策的制定提供参考。

The employment and development of retired athletes is an important part of sports social mobility research.The reason why many sports sociologists pay attention to the social mobility of retired athletes is that the development of sports leads to the expansion of the class of athletes and the increase of the mobility of retired athletes,which causes great social repercussions.Due to the rapid development of sports,the number of athletes has increased significantly.After athletes complete their professional sports career,the need for employment and self-development leads to a large number of flows.On the other hand,there are a series of problems in the process of the flow of retired athletes,such as the inability of retired athletes to work downward flow,which affects social stability and harmonious development.This study analyzes the influencing factors of the employment development of retired athletes in Xinjiang,to better understand the general situation of social mobility of retired athletes in Xinjiang,and to provide a reference for the formulation of relevant policies.
