摘要
目前大学生领导力教育的开发与研究已成为我国教育主管部门、高校、专家学者以及大学生高度关注的重要领域。以户外为载体,对大学生领导力课程体系进行分析,通过文献资料法、访谈法、教学实践等,进行总结和归纳,旨在构建一套完整的独立院校大学生户外领导力课程体系,能够服务于我院人才培养方案,在此基础上进行推广,能够为全国更多高校提供参考和思路,为推动我国高校领导力教育培养提供可借鉴的素材。
At present,the development and research of college students'leadership education has become an important area of high concern for education authorities,universities,experts and scholars in China.This paper takes the outdoor as the carrier,analyzes the university students'leadership curriculum system,summarizes and summarizes through the literature data method,interview method,teaching practice,etc.,aiming to construct a complete independent college students'outdoor leadership curriculum system.Serving the talent training program of our hospital,and promoting it on this basis,it can provide reference and ideas for more colleges and universities across the country,and provide reference materials for promoting the training of university leadership education in China.
